Brandon started Coastal Builders and Consultants in 2017. He got his Residential/Commercial General Contractors license in 2019, Real Estate license in 2021 and Residential Builders license in 2023. Prior to that he spent 15 years as a Firefighter/Paramedic and retired from public safety in 2017. He also spent 4 years as an Army Interrogator. He has two daughters - Ava and Mila and in his spare time he plays amateur baseball, golfs, travels and has an Indian motorcycle.

Lane was born and raised here in Charleston, SC. He graduated University of South Carolina in 2015. He began working in the construction field in 2016 and has managed projects in the residential and commercial industries. He has a 14 year old terrier mix named River. In his spare time he plays golf and spends time with family, friends and his dog.

Katie joined Coastal Builders and Consultants in 2025 and brings over 10 years of experience in customer service, along with a background in computer-aided design. She keeps the office running smoothly by managing project budgets, financial reports, vendor coordination, and customer communication, as well as overseeing JobTread operations. In her spare time, Katie enjoys fishing, spending time with her daughter, family game nights, and going to the beach.
