Detailed estimates include a phone consultation, walkthrough of property or land, a FIXED PRICE proposal with materials anticipated to complete the project and weekly updates to homeowners or shareholders. $1,100 fee is waived/reimbursed if Coastal Builders and Consultants is contracted to complete the project.
